International Students' Day #12
Welcome to Rennes!
To celebrate the start of the new academic year, the CMI Rennes is organizing a new edition of its International Students' Day event on Thursday, September 4 from 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm!
This event brings together all the information you need to settle in France, as well as activities and gifts.
What’s planned?
- Ongoing information sessions “What is the CMI and what can it do for me during my stay in Rennes?”
- Welcome pack
- Partners forum: CROUS, CAF, CPAM, university services, cultural and transport partners and associations will be on hand to give you all the information you need to settle and live in Rennes.
- Guided tours of the historic city centre of Rennes: discover your new city and its history with guides from the tourist information office.
- And also: chill zone and outdoor games, photo booth, refreshments, booking of shows and day trips, and even more!

Where: at CMI Rennes! Place Paul Ricoeur, in the city center of Rennes

Who can take part?
International students and PhD students from CMI Rennes member institutions (this includes students from Rennes 2 University).
Do I need to register?
No. Admission is free, so join us!

- Tuesday, Septembre 23: Classic hour - free back-to-school concert by the Orchestre national de Bretagne
- Saturday, September 27 (date to be confirmed): Discovery tour of Mont Saint-Michel Bay with CMI Rennes
- Tuesday, October 1st: Welcome reception for international students at City Hall, hosted by the City of Rennes and Rennes Métropole
- And also: a welcome party with the ESN Rennes association and the first cultural events of the year from the CMI Rennes cultural programme
