In July: Q&A sessions on preparing for your stay in Rennes

Chapô

If you're an international student getting ready to come to Rennes 2 University for the 2024-2025 academic year, you may want to join in a live webinar with the International Mobility Center - Rennes (CMI Rennes). During the month of July, the CMI will be organizing online sessions with their staff in order to help students prepare for their arrival.

Note for international exchange students: these webinars are geared towards students who have registered directly in our diploma programs (as opposed to those who are arriving as part of an exchange program for a semester or a year). Exchange students should first contact the Rennes 2 International Office for any questions they may have.

Are you slowly getting ready to leave, but you're worried about forgetting a few things? Not knowing where to start when you arrive in France?

No worries! The CMI team will answer your questions live!

Where and when should I join the live?

The live webinars will take place on the CMI Rennes social networks on:

  • Tuesday 9 July at 10am (Paris time - UTC+2) on Instagram
  • Tuesday 16 July at 2pm (Paris time - UTC+2) on Youtube

The CMI Rennes

The Rennes International Mobility Centre was created in 2009 to welcome and support international students, PhD students and researchers enrolled in higher education in Rennes at CMI member institutions. The CMI helps them with the day-to-day formalities involved in settling and living in France (residence permits, accommodation, transport, health, banking, telephone services, etc.).

The CMI also offers a programme of events, meetings and cultural activities throughout the year, and makes it easier for foreign students to enrol for French courses, so that they can integrate as fully as possible into the local community.
