CIREFE Summer Course (Cours d’Été)
June 23 – July 11, 2025
For learners of all levels – from beginner to advanced
The flagship 3-week summer course is designed for students who want to strengthen their French skills while discovering local culture and heritage.
Highlights:
~18 hours of in-person French instruction per week
- Small groups: maximum 18 students per class
- All CEFR levels (A1 to C2) welcome; elective options available for B2+ learners
- 7 ECTS credits
- Two excursions exploring Brittany
- Cultural activities: cinema, museums, festivals, and more
Ideal for students seeking a complete language and cultural immersion in a vibrant academic setting.
French Summer University – Pre-University Program: “Survival Kit”
August 18 – 29, 2025
Prepare for university life and settle into France with confidence
This 2-week program is perfect for incoming international students preparing to begin their studies in France. It combines intensive French instruction with practical cultural preparation.
Highlights:
- 41 hours of in-person French classes
- Special modules in:
- French Civilization (levels A1–B1)
- French for Academic Purposes (B2–C2)
- Small groups: maximum 15 students per class
- 5 ECTS credits
- One guided excursion in Brittany
- Engaging cultural activities: film screenings, museum visits, and more

MetaFLE – French Language Teaching Training Program

Looking to enhance your skills in teaching French as a foreign language? The MetaFLE program offers a one-week, in-person training course focused on modern teaching methodologies, playful learning approaches, and digital tools.
