The Waterproof Dance Festival: A cultural treat in February

Rennes 2 University is a partner of this Festival which invites you to dive into the world of dance through great performances of today and tomorrow! With several performances foreseen on the Villejean campus and in the city of Rennes, students can join in on this shared desire to discover dance through cross-disciplinary artistic meetings.

The event's partners have pooled their diversity to build a rich, multi-faceted program, open to choreographic creation and dance in all its forms. Taking place in theatres, museums, studios, classrooms, libraries, gyms and other surprising places, the Waterproof Festival is a culmination of a  shared desire to cooperate, experiment and learn together.

This representation is an "enhanced" version of the spoken and danced story Le fil by the presence of Performing Arts students from Rennes 2 who participated in a workshop with dancer and choreographer Sylvain Prunenec

Around the show: Je badine avec l'amour... (Wednesday, February 14, 9 p.m., Le Triangle)

Performette is a performative project initiated by students in Plastic Arts and a teacher that only encourages forms, potential ideas and potential desires.

The collective performance will be conducted by Lenaïs Parat (7.30 p.m.) and Performette (10 p.m.) will be coordinated by Olga Pineau, Francis Raynaud and Clémence le Berrigaud.
