Support against specific discrimination and violence
More specifically, in terms of discrimination towards members of the LGBT+ community, LEIA est là is an info and support system working to combat discrimination against LGBT+ people and to prevent suicidal behavior. This is specifically for people who are questioning their sexual orientation and/or gender identity.
With regard to gender-based (and sexual) abuse, the dedicated area on étudiant.gouv can provide you with valuable information.
Finally, the national helpline for all victims of any attack or prejudice can support you: 116 006.
