This Master’s degree in Social, Occupational and Organizational Psychology (PSTO) is composed of two pathways, allowing students to specialize from the second semester onwards: Psychosocial and Cognitive Engineering (IPC); Ergonomics and Human Factors Psychology (EPFH).

Both pathways award the title of psychologist as long as students have completed a full psychology syllabus.

Course Content

Master 1: all semester 7 courses are shared between the EPFH and IPC pathways. Specialization takes place in semester 8 with two 48-hour classes specific to the pathways.

Master 2: the organization of this year differs according to the student’s chosen pathway.

EPFH pathway: the year is divided into two periods. Classes run full-time from September to February, and then students undertake full-time internships from the beginning of March.

IPC pathway: the year comprises a 12-month work-study programme. On average, students spend one week at university and three weeks in a workplace (as a trainee or as an employee on a professional training contract). The internship is a minimum of 500 hours for both pathways.
